Join Vote Forward for The Big Send, a campaign to send 10 million letters to voters in key states and congressional districts ahead of the midterms.
Sending a letter to potential voters in key states is one of the easiest things you can do to increase election turnout. It only takes a couple of minutes to increase the odds that a fellow citizen will vote. This impact report shows how much the Big Send helped in 2020.

1. Sign up
Go to thebigsend.org and sign up to write letters with Vote Forward.
2. Review the instructions and get materials
- Review how to write letters to voters
- Get materials ready:
- printer and paper
- postage stamps
- #10 envelopes
- a blue pen
If you don’t have a printer, consider asking a friend or using your local library to print letters.
3. What's next?
You will be assigned a campaign according to need, but you can select another if you’d like. We need as many volunteers as we can get, so gather some friends and get started!
