Colorado has a new Congressional District – CD-08 – and it has been rated a “toss up.” The Environmental Voter Project (EVP) is doing its part to make sure that voters who care about the environment play an active role in electing a new member of Congress to represent them. Swing Blue Alliance is working with EVP to encourage 15,000 environmental voters to vote in the June 28 primary. Voters who participate in primaries are very likely to vote in subsequent elections.
