Join The Union for The Union Democracy Tour as we hit the ground, virtually or in-person, and GOTV for the critical Wisconsin State Supreme Court election on April 4th.
The current 4-3 majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court has been anything but nonpartisan. Instead, the majority has pushed a far right agenda. One of the Justices in the current majority is retiring. That means the winner of the April 4 Wisconsin Supreme Court election will serve for 10 years and be the new deciding vote.
Electing a pro-democracy judge will strengthen democracy in Wisconsin and the nation. That’s because a 4-3 pro-democracy majority would protect and ensure the results of Wisconsin’s free and fair 2024 elections, protect and preserve voting rights, deal with Wisconsin’s extreme gerrymandering, and bring balance and sanity to women’s healthcare rights by overturning Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban, one of the harshest in the nation.
