Take Action Pennsylvania

PA-07 (Mackenzie - R), PA-08 (Bresnahan - R), PA-10 (Perry - R)

Pennsylvania is well positioned to fight MAGA with a popular Democratic governor despite having flipped red for Trump In 2024. But in 2025, the fight against MAGA is zeroing in on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where three Democratic justices face retention votes.

This year's focus is also on four flippable Congressional districts – PA-01, PA-07, PA-08, and PA-10 – where Democrats are aiming to defeat Brian Fitzpatrick, Ryan MacKenzie, Rob Bresnahan, and Scott Perry. Volunteer Blue partner MAFlipPA is working to change hearts and minds now and groups like VoPro Pros are doing ongoing voter registration and protection work this year.

  • Pennsylvania has the largest number of competitive races of any state on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committees list.
  • In the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where three Democratic justices face retention votes. Republicans are already pouring money into these races, knowing victory will help them suppress voting rights and abortion rights as well as lock in Republican legislative and Congressional wins through gerrymandering.
  • To keep PA’s 5-2 margin will require first educating voters about the race and the stakes before following up with get out the vote in the fall. MAFlipPA is working closely with its partners in Pennsylvania to identify volunteer opportunities as soon as they emerge.
